High potentials must deeply understand any situation they are faced, holistically.  They must assess what their customer wants, get to the root of “the problem behind the problem”, evaluate any competition or potential issues, and then finally define what true success looks like.  It order to do all of this extremely quickly, they must be focused on a precision line of questioning.
