Cancellation Policy

Payment for the full amount of the tuition fee must be made as per the payment agreement that the participant chooses upon the initiation of financial transaction.

Due to the preparations which need to be made regarding staffing, materials and technology access, we are not able to provide tuition refunds.

Notification of individual cancellations should be sent via an email to .  We encourage registrants with a change in plans to find another participant within their institution, corporation or network to attend on their behalf.  Alternatively, registrations may be forwarded to the next offering of L-School, if and when available.

Neither Shockingly Different Leadership nor L-School sells or condone the harvesting of our participant lists for any purpose. If you or someone at your organization gets contacted by any company other than the above and we haven’t already spoken, please take one of the following actions and do not respond to any other company claiming to represent L-School:
